How It Works
Step 1 - Upload your document. Go to platform.piraiai.com. Upload your Word (.docx), PDF, or Excel (.xlsx) file. Pirai AI reads every question, answer option, and section from the document.
Step 2 - Review in the workspace. Every extracted question appears with its detected type and answer options. Edit, reorder, or adjust question types before converting. The AI Survey Editor makes changes in plain language - "change Q5 to a dropdown" or "add a prefer not to answer option to Q3".
Step 3 - Click Convert to Google Forms. Select Google Forms as your output platform and click Convert.
Step 4 - Authorise with Google. A Google authorisation window opens. Sign in to your Google account and grant Pirai AI permission to create a form in your Drive. This is a standard Google permission flow - the same process used by Google Workspace apps. You only need to authorise once.
Step 5 - Your form is created in Google Drive. Pirai AI creates the Google Form directly in your Drive directly in your Google Drive. All questions, answer options, and sections are built automatically. Click the link to open your new form in Google Forms.
