LearnWorlds supports bulk question import via a pre-formatted Excel file uploaded to your Question Bank. From the Question Bank, you can then import questions into any assessment. Pirai AI generates the LearnWorlds .xlsx file automatically from any source document, pre-formatted to the LearnWorlds question import structure.
How LearnWorlds Import Works
LearnWorlds uses a two-step process: first upload questions to your Question Bank via Excel, then import those questions into your assessment. Pirai AI handles the first step by generating the correctly formatted Excel file. From your Question Bank, you select the questions you want and import them into any assessment in one click.

Conversion Notes : Read Before Importing

RankOrder and ConstantSum convert to TMC, losing ranking and sum functionality. Matrix questions are expanded: each statement becomes its own individual question. Short answer and essay questions convert to short text (TST). Maximum 10 answer options per question. Descriptive blocks and page breaks are skipped.
